The private healthcare sector is often associated with the label of health commodification. Despite an approach rooted in benevolence and humanity, Akdital is a victim of the poor image of the sector as a whole, and faces a target audience that is overwhelmingly doubtful and uncertain. CHALLENGE No. 1: Add an extra dimension of appeasement and differentiation to isolate Akdital. CHALLENGE N°2: Alleviate the image of Akdital as a luxury hospital, when in reality, even Moroccans with AMO can be treated there.
